Four areas of records work, one specialty: the DOB violation record behind a firm's license. Most engagements start with the Open-Violation File.
Every open ECB summons on a firm's license record, pulled together from DOB violation records into a single file. This is the practice's specialty, and it is the work behind the Open-Violation File.
Each summons carries its own deadline. The file sets the deadlines out in the order they fall due, so the firm sees what is coming instead of finding out late.
For each summons that can be certified, the practice prepares a correction pack for that summons: the correction evidence the filing must carry, assembled in one place.
The record is screened against the Debt Demolisher amnesty, which waives penalties and interest on eligible summonses. The window closes January 10, 2027.
Most engagements start with the Open-Violation File, $399 flat per license record, which runs all four areas over one license record at once. A firm can also start with a record review request.
